The <strong>Wellwash</strong> <strong>Versa</strong> includes three standard buffer containers (2 liters)<br />

and a waste container (4 liters). Containers for greater volumes are<br />

available as an option (4 l for buffers and 10 l for waste).<br />

The liquid channels are: A (for Buffer A), B (for Buffer B), R (for<br />

Rinse), and W (for Waste). Channel R is primarily intended for rinsing<br />

and is connected to the RINSE key as the only channel. The Rinse<br />

channel can also be used in wash protocols as the buffer source.<br />

The liquid containers are named and the tubing is color coded to<br />

correspond to the correct buffer source (A = blue, B = yellow, R =<br />

green, and W = colorless) (Figure 3–15). Refer to ”Connection<br />

diagram” on page 28.<br />
