A section of State Route 52 was flooded three miles east of New Plymouth <strong>and</strong> several homes nearBlack's Bridge were flooded. Five homes were evacuated. In Southeast Idaho, Henry's Fork river closed the Parker-Salemhighway due to high water as well as causing low-l<strong>and</strong> flooding west of Rexburg. One tornado in Weiserdestoryed a two-story garage <strong>and</strong> two roofs on nearby mobile homes. A total of five homes were affected. The second tornadooccured 6 miles west of Parma.
