Chapter 5 Email Authentication<br />

When you export domain profiles, all of the domain profiles currently existing on your Cisco <strong>IronPort</strong><br />

appliance are exported together in a single text file. To export domain profiles:<br />

Step 1 Click Export Domain Profiles on the Domain Profiles page. The Export Domain profiles page is<br />

displayed.<br />

Step 2 Enter a name for the file and click Submit.<br />

Importing Domain Profiles<br />

To import domain profiles from an existing export file:<br />

Step 1 Click Import Domain Profiles on the Mail Policies > Domain Profiles page. The Import Domain<br />

Profiles page is displayed.<br />

Step 2 Select the file that contains the exported domain profiles.<br />

Step 3 Click Submit. You are warned that importing will replace all existing domain profiles. All of the domain<br />

profiles in the text file are imported.<br />

Step 4 Click Import.<br />

Deleting Domain Profiles<br />

To remove specific domain profiles from the list of domain profiles:<br />

Step 1 On the Domain Profiles page, mark the checkbox to the right of each domain profile to remove.<br />

Step 2 Click Delete.<br />

Step 3 Confirm the deletion.<br />

To remove all of the currently configured domain profiles:<br />

Step 1 Click Clear All Profiles on the Domain Profiles page.<br />

Step 2 You are prompted to confirm the deletion.<br />

Searching Domain Profiles<br />

To search all domain profiles for a specific term (typically a username or host name):<br />

Step 1 Specify the search term in the Find Domain Profiles field on the Domain Profiles page.<br />

Step 2 Click Find Profiles.<br />
