Chapter 5 Email Authentication<br />

Exporting DKIM Verification Profiles<br />

When you export DKIM verification profiles, all of the DKIM verification profiles currently existing on<br />

your Cisco <strong>IronPort</strong> appliance are exported as a single text file and saved in the <strong>configuration</strong> directory<br />

on the appliance. To export DKIM verification profiles:<br />

Step 1 Click Export Profiles on the Mail Policies > Verification Profiles page. The Export DKIM Verification<br />

Profile page is displayed:<br />

Step 2 Enter a name for the file and click Submit.<br />

Importing DKIM Verification Profiles<br />

To import DKIM verification profiles from an existing file:<br />

Step 1 Click Import Profiles on the Mail Policies > Verification Profiles page. The Import DKIM Verification<br />

Profiles page is displayed.<br />

Step 2 Select the file that contains the DKIM verification profiles.<br />

Step 3 Click Submit. You are warned that importing will replace all existing DKIM verification profiles.<br />

Step 4 Click Import.<br />

Deleting DKIM Verification Profiles<br />

To remove specific DKIM verification profiles from the list of DKIM verification profiles:<br />

Step 1 On the Mail Policies > Verification Profiles page, mark the checkbox to the right of each DKIM<br />

verification profile you want to delete.<br />

Step 2 Click Delete.<br />

Step 3 Confirm the deletion.<br />

To remove all of the currently configured DKIM verification profiles:<br />

Step 1 Click Clear All Profiles on the Mail Policies > Verification Profiles page.<br />
