Basic elements and use of designA.4 | Company designations and languageWe use the name “Bilfinger Berger Industrial ServicesGmbH” only as the legal and formal designation of theGroup’s parent company, e.g. on letter paper and in thestatutory disclosures required on the web site and in the“Globe”.Only restrictive use should be made of the “GmbH” suffixto stress the significance of a declaration or role or tocomply with general requirements.The reference to the legal form (i.e. the “GmbH” suffix)can thus largely be dispensed with in internal and externalcommunications. Instead, the term “Bilfinger BergerIndustrial Services Group” or “BIS Group” or simply “BIS”should be used. This applies to both the German-speakingregion and other countries.
