This movementallows us to awaken and nurture our sensual, sexualbody essence with love.Practice:• Begin in standing position with the feet pointedstraight ahead, hip-width apart, and arms down at yourside.• Bend into the knees slightly, and make a figure-eightwith the hips.• Practice the figure eight several times prior to beginning the full movement.• Once you are comfortable with the figure-eight movement, inhale and turn your waist to the left.• Lift the right arm up from your side and across in frontof your body at a sixty-degree angle.• Then continue to move the arm straight upwards overthe head .• Exhale.• Simultaneously, make the figure eight with the hips asyou slowly guide the hand down the center of yourbody, grazing your face, throat, chest, and torso.• Repeat with the left arm.• Inhale and turn the waist to the right.• Lift the left arm up and across the front of your bodyat a sixty-degree angle and then upwards over thehead.• Exhale.• Begin the figure eight with the hips.Now,• Draw the heavenly energy down through your sensualbody as you slowly move yourhand downward.• Feel the sensuousness of your hand grazing your face,throat, chest, and torso.• Feel love from nature nurturing your sensuality.• Sink into the sensuousness of the movement.• Repeat five to ten times.Opening to Infinite Love ExercisePurpose:Infinite love is available to us in every moment. We justhave to remember to open up to it. In this movement, wetake a moment to open and receive the infinite love ofnature and the universe.Practice:• Start in standing position with the feet pointing straightahead, hip-width apart.• Bring the hands palm-side up beside the hips.• Then circle the hands backward so that the fingertipsare pointing behind you.• Now circle your hands and arms forward, and cross theelbows in front of the heart. Tuck the buttocks in andslightly arch the back.• Open your arms to the infinite universe.• Open to infinite love; breathe it in.• Take three to six deep breaths.Now,• Slowly come back to a straight, standing position.• Bring the feet together.• Using your hands, draw the energy down to your navel.• Circle the energy under the navel.• Digest the love and breathe easilySexy Serpent ExercisePurpose:The serpent is a sexy, powerful creature. Throughout historyin many of the world’s ancient and contemporarytraditions, the serpent has symbolized healing, transformation,and enlightenment. This movement allows us theopportunity to tap into our sexy nature and transform ourbodies for physical love.Practice:• From standing position bring your legs together andplace your hands in a “V” position in front of theSexual Palace. The fingertips of both hands pointdownwards, touching one another, while the palmsremain open. Take a moment to recognize that yoursexuality is sacred.• Bend your knees and begin to move your hips to oneside while your anus—with the hands still in prayerposition—move to the other side.
