Sir, In accordance with the above cited references, the work of providing service as per the terms, conditions and specifications contained in the tender document and the agreement entered between you and the undersigned is hereby awarded to you as per the following descriptions and details. 1.Quantum and location of the work The list showing the locations and the number of hours of service required per day and the duration and the rates for eight hours of service approved by the BSNL as per agreement is enclosed. The provisions of service shall not be interrupted through out the period irrespective of holidays, festival days, any sort of strike days ìBandhî days or hartal days and shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in the tender document 2.Rate approved by BSNL: The rated approved by the BSNL for carrying out the work in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in the tender document is RsÖÖÖÖ( in figures)ÖRsÖÖÖÖÖ.(in words) for eight hours of work per day. However in all cases the officer in charge of the work shall measure the actual hours of service provided by the contract per day in station/location/office.
