The bills for each month, may be submitted in triplicate to this office on or after the first day of
every month for the work executed during the preceding calendar month based on the actual
hours of service rendered at the site on every day of the month under claim, duly verified and
certified in all respect by the Officer-incharge. Each claim bill of the contractor must accompany
the (i) list showing the details of the labours/employees engaged (ii) duration of the engagement
(iii) the amount of wages paid to such labours/employees for the duration of engagement in
question (ix) amount of EPF contribution (both employerís and employees contribution) for the
duration of engagement in question paid to the EPF authority. (v) Copies of authenticated
documents of payment of such of the conditions of (EPF act 1952), and declaration from the
contractor regarding compliance of ESI act 1948 amended from time to time. The divisional
engineer will verify the bills compliance these instructions and pass the bill. The accounts
officer will make payment normally within one month of the receipt of the bill after due
verification about correctness of the bill as per rules.
