The audible latching when theplug is securely in place signifi es that the coupling islocked. The sleeve must be pulled back to release thefi rst locking system before it can be disconnected. Thiscloses the coupling valve. The compressed downstreamair can now escape from the plug (hose). Pulling thesleeve back a second time releases the second lockingsystem. The connection can now be safely undone.
