To do this we are:• Investing in Training & Development specific to eachdepartment• Recruiting a Human Resources Officer specialising inTraining and Development to assist in the formulation anddelivery of clear and transparent policies and proceduresacross both sites. This will include improved Induction andAppraisal processes• Applying for funding to outsource training and recognitionfor Keeping and Visitor Services staff at Certificate III andIV levels• Improving staff facilities and benefits.Human Resources - 1 of 1
