MONO COUPLERS1.2.1 Quick release, non spill, flat face hydraulic manual couplerfor hydraulics , Series EIRF/MEIRF/MDescription.Easy, one hand operated leak proof hydraulic coupler.This flat face, leak proof hydraulic coupler range is used for all kindof hydraulic applications.By the flat face design no air can enter the system and no spillageof fluid will occur during connecting and disconnecting.Available in 7 different sizes it covers a large flow range. Both sidesclosing off.This coupler range is according ISO 16 028 and is also accordingthe ANSI(NFPA) T 3 20-15 norm ( Hydraulic Tool ManufacturingAssociation).The coupler houses are zinc plated, the internal springs are madeof C72 steel and stainless steel.Standard seals are PTFE and Nitrile.A safety ball will lock the coupler in position, avoiding unexpectedopening of the coupler.Application areas.Core pull connection on injection moulding and die castingmoulds. General hydraulic applications where quick and flatface connections are preferred.Temperature range.From +20°C till 100°C or 68°F till 212°F. Optional with Fluorcarbonseals the temperature range can be from -10°C till +180°C(15°F till 350°F)Flow and pressure range.With the different sizes the couplers are suitable from 30 l/min up till1000 l/min.
