MONO COUPLERS1.2.3 high pressure, non spil, high performance manualcoupler for hydraulics, Serie HPXDescriptionDouble shut off, non spill easy connectioncouplers for high pressure hydraulics till500 bar (7150 psi).The non spill, flush face preventsthe introduction of air into the hydrauliccircuits while assuring no pollution ofthe working area.The HPX series feature a safe claw lockingmechanism to prevent accidental disconnectiondue to vibration or mechanical forces.The pre-guiding system of the plug intothe socket eases the connection of hydraulichoses.A sealing barrier protects the main sealfrom dirt. Socket and plug are suppliedwith dust caps.Available in 5 different sizes with maximumflow without turbulence.Convenient screw-to-connect lockingmechanism with robust thread for a quick start,a special ant-jamming surface coating,a locking sleeve with both threaded (M80and plain holes for tommy-bar(6,5 dia).The HPX 20 and HPX 25 plugs may beordered with integrated handwheel.Most parts are from stainless steel, standardseals are Fluorcarbon (FPM), the dust capsare from Chloroprene (CR) with the exceptionof the HPX 33 which is made of light alloy.HPXTemperature and pressure rangeWith the standard Fluorcarbon (FPM) seals the temperaturerange is from –10 0 C to +150 0 C (15 F to 300F). In caseprotective dustcaps are used the max ambient temperatureis + 90 0 C ( 194 F) for the dust caps in Chloroprene and150 0 C (300F) in light alloy.The max. hydraulic pressure is for the HPX 08, 12, 20 and25 500 bar (7150 psi) and for the HPX 33 max. 350 baror 5000 psi.Application areasHigh pressure hydraulic circuits in rolling mill applications, road makingand building equipment, aeronautic such as test benches, endurancetesting and launching platforms.Military, aluminium die casting and other heavy duty applications suchas tube bending.32
