manual Multi Couplers2.3 Normal open or closed manual multi couplers,series Mccf/MHThe leak-proof manual multi couplers for sequential injection are available with 4, 8or 12 mono couplers (2, 4 or 6 circuits)These manual multi couplers are designed for leak-proof hydraulic connections ofsequential injection, hot runner systems, ejection cylinders and core pulling cylindersMax. working pressure is 100 bar (1450 psi) Max. working temperature is 100°C.The MCCF/MH 03 series are suitable for a flow of 2,85 l/min. per mono coupler.The MCCF/MH 05 series are suitable for a flow of 8,0 l/min. per mono coupler.Seals are Fluorocarbon (FPM)On each model there are 3 options for the mould mounted fixed plate depending onthe number of couplers required: 4, 8 or 12 mono coupler plates. The connection ofthe couplers can be done with tube connections on the side or to the underside ofthe fixed plates.Circuits are numbered on the mould and the machine side.A parking station, type MMCP-4 is provided to ”park” the multi coupler during amould change.Additional is available a proximity sensor in order to give a signal to the machine thatthe coupler halves are connected or not.
