Attendance
� Obtain a Positive Attendance roster if applicable
� Obtain a class roster from faculty MySite. Accurate attendance records and
rosters are critical. Be aware of add, drop, and withdrawal policies. Questions
should be discussed with Faculty Mentor or the Director. Review student
tardy policy.
� As applicable discuss, with Faculty Mentor, sign-in sheet, Census Report, and
other attendance forms.
� First class meeting attendance policy (classroom / clinical)
