If convicted of an offense involving:The possession of a controlled substance:First offenseSecond offenseThird offenseThe sale of a controlled substance:First offenseSecond offenseIneligibility period is:1 year2 yearsIndefiniteIneligibility period is:2 yearsIndefiniteReinstatement of Eligibility for Federal Student Financial Aid as a result of Drug-Related OffensesIn the event you are notified that your eligibility for federal student financial aid has been suspended as aresult of a conviction of an offense under a federal or state law involving the possession or sale of a controlledsubstance, you may regain your eligibility before the end of the ineligibility period if:(a)you satisfactorily complete a drug rehabilitation program that:(i)(ii)complies with such criteria prescribed in the U.S. Department of Education’s regulations; andincludes two unannounced drug tests;(b)(c)you successfully pass two unannounced drug tests conducted by a drug rehabilitation program thatcomplies with such criteria prescribed in the U.S. Department of Education’s regulations; orthe conviction is reversed, set aside or otherwise rendered nugatory.The term “controlled substance” has the meaning given the term in section 102(6) of the ControlledSubstances Act (21 U.S.C. 802(6)).TUITION PAYMENTAcceptable means of payment are: cash, personal check made out for the exact amount, money order madeout for the exact amount and credit card (if accepted).CAREER SERVICES ASSISTANCEToday’s professional must be well prepared.
