The Enrollment Fee is paid only once, as long as a student is continuously enrolled.Admissions Process, step-by-stepStep 1- Fill out an Application form at www.concordiahanoi.org.Step 2 - Submit the Application and Supporting Documents.Completed application forms can submitted to the Admissions office ( in person or by email asa scanned copy) along with the application fee, student’s recent grades and school reports,and the Confidential Teacher Recommendation Form. All assessment appointmentare made through the admissions office.Step 4- Your child is assessed by a member of the Concordia staff.Step 5- Acceptance or Non-acceptanceAfter your child is assessed, you will be emailed within 15 days of the assessment, a letter ofacceptance, non-acceptance, or wait-listed.Step 6- Confirmation EmailOnce you receive an email from the Admissions office stating that your child is accepted, youneed to respond and confirm that you will be attending.Step 7- EnrollmentOnce you have confirmed your attendance, you will receive an enrollment invoice that is due10 days from the issuance date. Once that is paid, you may then proceed through the rest ofthe enrollment process.
