Approval of import documentationFor cargoes / items belonging to the group controlled by Ministry of Trade, Telecommunication, Health Care, Cultural &Communication, Agricultural & Rural Development, Banking, Ministry of Industry. We need the copies following documentsby fax / email at least 30 days before the show opening :- Combined invoice & packing list- Certificate of quality & standard- Full set of catalogues with photos / picture of the equipment / item ( in English only )It will take 12 to 14 days to get the temporary license from the above organization.The original copies of the above documents and the OBL / AWB should be faxed to us when shipment is on board and courierto us 3 days before the vessel / flight arrives Ho Chi Minh City at the latest.Cargoes are in this group of control, we shall apply for temporary import for exhibition first. And they are only can be shippedupon receiving the approval from the certain Ministry. And during the show if the exhibitor sell their exhibit, the buyer have toapply the permit from relevant authority to change from temporary import to permanent import. During this time, cargoes arestored in warehouse pending for import .Due to not all items in the above group are to be controlled, The above organization they have a list of items tocontrol.
