It isfor the General Council to establish, redefine, ordissolve Regions or Areas, in accordance withguidelines laid down by the previous Chapter. (Cf. C81 b.)C93 Members <strong>and</strong> Associates of a Region or Area are thosewho have been appointed to the particular Regionor Area.C94Each Region or Area has its Representative or GroupLeader, who is assisted by his Council <strong>and</strong> worksunder the authority of the General Council.RegionsC95A Region is defined as a section of the Society which,under the authority of the General Council, governs itsown affairs in accordance with the principle ofsubsidiarity.C96 <strong>The</strong> Regional Representative is assisted by a vice-Regional <strong>and</strong> at least two Councillors, who togethermake up the Regional Council26
