Since it opened on 21 April 2011, the new slide has been<br />
a huge hit with both young and old. The <strong>Steiff</strong> snake slide<br />
is 15 metres long, 80 cm in diameter and winds its way between<br />
the 2nd and 1st floors of the <strong>Steiff</strong> museum.<br />
THE MAIN ATTRACTION FOR CHILDREN<br />
For children, this entirely safe animal is, of course, the main<br />
attraction, especially given that sliding down is so much fun.<br />
The first ever slide-through <strong>Steiff</strong> animal is absolutely<br />
unique. Made from stainless steel, the exterior is clad with<br />

60 square metres of mohair plush fabric. To ensure this cuddly<br />
animal feels at home in the exciting world of <strong>Steiff</strong>, the area<br />
around the bottom of the slide has been designed to resemble<br />
a bamboo forest. Children slide into a tropical forest where<br />
other animals are waiting for them to cuddle and play with.<br />
