Course Objectives:At the end of this course, the student will be able to:1. discuss the anatomy and the biochemical and physiological activity of the endocrinesystem.2. describe the anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular system.3. discuss the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory, digestive, immune, lymphatic,urinary and reproductive systems.4. explain aspects of human metabolism, nutrition and fluid balance.5. analyze clinical manifestation of pathological conditions while considering normalanatomy and physiology of the affected organ system.6. relate the connections between healthy functions of human organ systems in anintegrative manner.Pre- and Co-Requirements for this course:College level reading and writing! Successful completion of BSC 1085 and BSC 1085L.Current enrollment in, or completion of BSC 1086L (the laboratory part of this course).
