Power“Designing & Building Success”Northeastern Power Station Repower ProjectCentral and South West Services, Inc.Oolagah, OklahomaLauren was responsible for the EPC work for the Northeastern Unit 1 repower project. The projectincluded the installation of two GE 7FA combustion turbines and Nooter/Eriksen supplemental firedheat recovery steam generators (HRSG) to repower an existing 175 MW Westinghouse steam turbine.This repowered 2x1 combined cycle plant produces a combined output of approximately 500 MW.Design responsibilities included all support facilities for the new combustion turbines and HRSGsas well as design of piping systems to interface with the existing steam turbine cycle piping.
