Kerr Powerhousein Boydton, Virginia. The project was managed by GE Hydro, a unit of GE Power Systems, andincreased the plant output by more than 70 MW. The project, completed in 2010, involved therefurbishment of six vertical Francis turbines and generators at the John H.
