FINANCIAL INFORMATIONREGISTRATION POLICYApplication/Registration fee is to be paid at the time of registration and is not refundable.REGISTRATION FEE:Grades K-8 $150.00 per childTESTING FEE:$20.00 (per new student)If the registration fee is not paid, the student is not considered registered.LATE REGISTRATION FEE: $25.00 (AFTER June 1)TUITION POLICYDiocesan policy 6211, “Tuition Agreement,” of the Administrative Handbook for Catholic Elementaryand Secondary Schools states:Every parent or guardian who enrolls a student either in elementary or secondaryschool shall sign a written agreement to pay specified tuition and fees. They willagree to comply with all diocesan and school policies and regulations, includingthose governing tuition delinquency.”All families must have a completed Tuition Agreement before child(ren) can be enrolled in St. RoseMcCarthy School.Each family receives a coupon book at the beginning of the school year for mailing payments eachmonth. Payments are due on the fifth of each month. PAYMENTS WILL BE CONSIDEREDDELINQUENT IF THEY ARE NOT RECEIVED IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE BY 3:00 P.M. ON THE10 TH OF EVERY MONTH. If the 10 th is not a school day, tuition must be mailed or dropped throughthe mail slot by the school front doors including payments of July and August.All delinquent payments are subject to a $25.00 (per month) late charge. Consistent failure to maketuition payments as agreed upon may result in loss of the privilege of attendance at St. Rose-McCarthy School.10
