UNIFORM POLICYUniforms may be purchased through the Dennis Uniform Company. Uniforms which have been“recycled” are available in most sizes at the school by calling Delores Mendoza 582-6987. Pleaseinquire in school office. Our “recycle” program would appreciate your donation of outgrown uniforms.Both boys and girls are to be in complete school uniform every Friday and for School Liturgies.(Skorts for girls and long pants for boys. School sweaters in winter.)1. Make-up is not allowed. This includes nail polish unless it is clear. No decals, fake nails etc.2. Long dangling earrings are inappropriate for school wear and may not be worn.Post earrings that do not dangle are permissible. Only one earring per ear.3. Boys may not wear earrings.4. Students may wear one finger ring.5. Small religious medals may be worn. All other jewelry should be left at home.Students are not to wear jewelry while participating in team sports.6. Boys hair must be above collar and ears and not in their eyes. Students are to have neat andclean hair styles. No extreme or faddish styles will be allowed. No hair color. This applies toboth boys and girls.7. Skorts and walking short must be two inches above the knee or longer.8. No platform sole, high heel, high tops, or open toe/heel type shoes are to be worn.9. All polo shirts are to be tucked in, not folded under.10. Pants must be worn around the waist.11. Hair attire must be simple Christopher plaid, hunter green, white, black, or navy blue in color.No scarves of any kind.12. Uniforms must be clean with no holes.JACKETSSchool jackets are encouraged. Other jackets should be solid blue, black or in another dark colorcompatible with the uniform. Flannel shirts, or jackets with insignias or logos are not allowed.Jackets are to be worn outside; sweaters may be worn in the classrooms or in Church. Sweatersshould be worn before jackets. Students are to wear school sweaters under jackets.ST. ROSE CRUSADER WEARSchool sweatshirts embroidered polo shirts (navy and green), P.E. clothes, school tee-shirts, jackets,patches for the sweaters be purchased through school office. Only official school sweatshirts areapproved for uniform wear. Other sweatshirts are NOT allowed. Sweatshirts are not allowed onFridays or at school Masses.27
