You must read the insurance policy carefully.It is only available to persons resident in the United Kingdomand Republic of Ireland and is only valid for trips commencingin and returning to your Home Country.There are conditions and exclusions which apply toindividual sections and general conditions and exclusionsand warranties which apply to the whole policy.Under some sections there is an amount deducted (an excess)per incident, which applies to each insured person involvedin an incident, as do the sums insured under each section.Your policy is governed by the law applicable to whereyou reside within the United Kingdom or Republic ofIreland if this is your usual country of residence.
