Year by year the numberof the guests who are trained at HERZ’sown and newly established training centreincreases. In 2002, approximately 900 customers,partners and HERZ employeeswere trained in Vienna and the departmentof application engineering also providedplant tours. In 2003, we welcomed the samenumber of guests in only 6 months andby the end of the year we are expecting atotal of approximately 1,500 guests fromAustria and all over the world.Option of individualtraining programmesWe endeavour to offer all guests a tailormadetraining programme, dependent oninterests, market situations and durationof training. In so doing, our application engineersoffer an extensive training scheduleand our guests have the option of creatingtheir own individual programme. The focusof each visit is a plant tour in Viennaand the possibility of putting theory intopractice.
