Set out below are the terms and conditions under which (Name ofConsultant) has agreed to carry out for (Name of Client) the abovementioned assignment specified in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).2. For administrative purposes (Name of Responsible Staff of Client) hasbeen assigned to administer the assignment and to provide (Name ofConsultant) with all relevant information needed to carry out the assignment.The services will be required in (Name of Project) for about …….MONTHS/DAYS, during the period from ………………….to ………………...3. The (Name of Client) may find it necessary to postpone or cancel theassignment and/or shorten or extend its duration.
