Governance Committee<br />

Council approved the following recommendations<br />

from the Governance<br />

Committee as part of its ongoing<br />

review of all terms of reference and<br />

policies: revised CPD Committee<br />

terms of reference; revised Mentoring<br />

Committee terms of reference;<br />

new (general) Division terms of<br />

reference; and revised travel and<br />

related expenses reimbursement<br />
