1. Accreditation<br />

� The FIS season accreditation will be valid. Requests for additional accreditation and<br />

parking cards must be sent via the FIS Online System.<br />

3. Accommodation (World Cup Rules Art. 13)<br />

� Booking according to the FIS Rules via FIS Online registration system<br />

� Your accommodation requests (team size) should be done through the FIS Online<br />

Registration System before until 30 th September (first come, first serve principal).<br />

The final size of the team and number of rooms must be given before December<br />

19 th . For room cancellation after December 19 th , <strong>2012</strong>, the FIS World Cup Rules<br />

point 13.2 applies. This means that the respective National Ski Association has to<br />

pay the difference between effective and reserved rooms (tolerance 10%).<br />

� <strong>Team</strong>s wishing to take care of their own accommodation arrangements are<br />

welcome to do so but will take over full responsibility for all details and cannot<br />

expect receiving the above-mentioned rates.<br />

4. Transport (World Cup Rules Art. 11)<br />

� For Stage-to-Stage transportation, the teams must have their own vehicles and are<br />

independent. There will be no transportation organised by the Organising<br />

Committees from venue to venue. The teams have right for one free transport from<br />

the first airport (before the first stage from Frankfurt to Oberhof) and to the final<br />

airport (after the last stage). For Oberhof please contact Christopher Gellert<br />

(info@weltcup-oberhof.de or +49 36842 5220). <strong>Team</strong>s travelling with trucks will<br />

need a special permission to be able to drive in Germany on Sunday.<br />

� Please refer to the Tour Manual with route book and course information, which will<br />

be online available on fiscrosscountry.com for travel directions from a Tour Stage to<br />

another. Alternatively, you may consult www.viamichelin.com.<br />

5. Payment (World Cup Rules Art. 10 and 13)<br />

� Financial conditions apply as stated in the FIS World Cup Rules. The teams are<br />

requested to pay all their hotel expenses for all team members - including<br />

Red Group athletes and eligible coaches directly at the hotel<br />

� The organisers pay for the travel and living costs (accommodation, food etc.)<br />

according to the conditions mentioned in the World Cup rules.<br />
