1. Accreditation
� The FIS season accreditation will be valid. Requests for additional accreditation and
parking cards must be sent via the FIS Online System.
� Requested additional accreditation and parking cards can be picked up at:
Accreditation office in the race office (in the stadium).
Opening time:
Daily from 09:00 to 18:00 from Wednesday January 16 th to Sunday January 21 st
(opening till 20:00 on Friday and Saturday)
2. Race Office
� Race office in the stadium.
Opening time:
Daily from 09:00 to 18:00 from Wednesday January 16 th to Sunday January 21 st
(opening till 20:00 on Friday and Saturday)
3. Accommodation (World Cup Rules Art. 13)
� Accommodation office is with the Race office in the stadium.
Opening time:
Daily from 09:00 to 18:00 from Wednesday January 16 th to Sunday January 21 st
(opening till 20:00 on Friday and Saturday)
� Booking according to the FIS Rules via FIS Online registration system
� The OC offers following accommodation in different categories and prices (all full
board) :
� Three star hotels: 125 CHF
� Two star hotels: 115 CHF
� Price for additional accommodation outside of the quota: 135 CHF
� Price for additional single rooms outside of the quota: 140 CHF
4. Transport (World Cup Rules Art. 11)
� Official airport: Geneva (SUI)
� The organising committee will arrange transportation between the airports and the
hotels. 1 transport free of charge. Price for additional transport:
� 30€ per person from Geneva airport
� Please note: Heavy traffic is expected on Sunday afternoon therefore the drive to
the airport is expected to take around 2:30h
� Information to the Shuttle service
Hotels – venue: The team that need shuttle service can to book with the
transportation office (see contact information).
