3. Accommodation (World Cup Rules Art. 13)<br />
� Booking according to the FIS Rules via FIS Online registration system<br />
� The OC offers following accommodation in four stars modern and beautiful hotels<br />
(all full board):<br />
� Clarion Grandhotel Zlatý lev**** 72 EUR per person/night (Accreditation, Race<br />
office, TCM, shuttle). Limited number of rooms (free capacity for aprox. 100 people<br />
- first come, first serve)<br />
� Hotel Babylon**** 75 EUR per person/night (aqua park, wellness, shuttle)<br />
Deadline until December 1 st , <strong>2012</strong>. For room cancellation after January 2 nd , <strong>2013</strong><br />
the FIS World Cup Rules point 8.6 applies.<br />
� Price for additional accommodation outside of the quota: 95 EUR<br />
� Price for additional single rooms outside of the quota: 100 EUR<br />
4. Transport (World Cup Rules Art. 11)<br />
Official airport: Prague Airport-Ruzyne<br />
One transport per team is free according to FIS rule 8.4.<br />
Price for additional transport:<br />
Transports from Prague Airport to Liberec can be organized by the OC on request.<br />
Price list transport Prague Airport – Liberec / Liberec – Prague Airport:<br />
1-4 persons – 100 € (personal car – one way)<br />
5-7 persons – 160 € (minivan – one way)<br />
8-40 persons –270 € (bus – one way)<br />
Payment conditions: cash only during accreditation<br />
Transport requests have to be sent to the OC until December 20 th , <strong>2013</strong><br />
The transportation between the hotels and the stadium will be provided free of charge<br />
by the organizer on request.<br />
