Accreditation � The FIS season accreditation will be valid. Requests for additional accreditations and parking cards must be sent via the FIS Online System. Although it would be helpful for the World Championship if each person is picking up a local accreditation as a preparation for the World Championships. With the accreditation you receive a WLAN code as well to go only on several service points.

Race Office � Race office at the Cross-Country stadium: Friday 09:00 to 20:00 Saturday 09:00 to 19:00 Sunday 09:00 to 17:00 3. Accommodation (World Cup Rules Art. 13) � Booking according to the FIS Rules via FIS Online registration system � The OC offers accommodation in different categories and prizes (all full board) : � Three stars hotels: max 125 CHF � Two stars hotels: max 90 CHF � Price for additional accommodation outside of the quota on request � Price for additional single rooms outside of the quota on request � The final size of the team and number of rooms must be given before December 19 th . For room cancellation after December 19 th , 2012, the FIS World Cup Rules point 13.2 applies. This means that the respective National Ski Association has to pay the difference between effective and reserved rooms (tolerance 10%). 4. Transport (World Cup Rules Art. 11) � Official airport: Bergamo – Munich � The organising committee will arrange transportation from Val di Fiemme to the airport free of charge. � No Shuttle service from the hotel to the venue 5. Payment (World Cup Rules Art. 10 and 13) � Accommodation costs: Teams will pay directly in their hotels (the Red Group athletes as well the coaches within the quota will be paid by the OC directly to the hotels) � Carrying costs/reimbursement: � Payment for the entire Tour de Ski on Friday 04/01/2013 at the Cross-Country Stadium at 18:00 � All payments will be done by bank transfer 6. Waxing facilities (World Cup Rules Art. 14) � Wax cabins: available from 04/01/2013 at 08:00 � The athletes village will be the same as for the FIS Nordic Ski World Championships 7. Regulations of radio equipment � The import, export and the operation of radio equipment in Italy is regulated by national law. Permits for the use of radio transmission equipment must be requested according to national specifications. 8. Regulations of Visa � Please check with your embassy if you need a visa for Italy. � For an official letter of invitation, please send a request to cristina.bellante@fiemme2013.com 33
