Office of Academic Support and Instructional
Services (OASIS)
OASIS provides a variety of services to maximize student academic
performance and retention at UC San Diego. All students are eligible

Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD)
The Office for Students with Disabilities facilitates many facets of
student development and disability management. OSD promotes
effective planning, adaptation, and enhanced awareness of
students’ individual abilities. All students must submit disability
documentation to OSD prior to service provision.

Post Office - U.S. Neighborhood
Located in the Price Center, the U.S, Neighborhood Post Office
offers mailing services, money orders, and mailbox rental. Hours
of Operation: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Credit cards and
Triton Cash are not accepted.
Price Center
The Price Center offers a variety of services to meet the needs of
students and the campus community. The Price Center is a popular
place for eating, studying, surfing the Internet, running errands, and
catching the latest feature film at the movie theatre. The University
Bookstore, post office, game room, box office, food courts, and a
cafe are all located here. Many student organizations refer to the
Price Center as their home since the administrative offices of the
Associated Students, University Events Office, and the Center for
Student Involvement are all located there.

Recreation
UC San Diego Recreation offers students, faculty, and staff a broad
scope of recreational, instructional, and competitive programs

Another major component of campus life is the Student Center. The
Student Center is located off the main campus walkway between
Revelle and Muir Colleges, across from the Main Gym and next to
Mandeville Center. Housing UC San Diego’s student-run co-ops and
enterprises, the Student Center offers a wide variety of services
aimed at improving campus life: Hi-Thai, the Food Co-op, the
General Store, Porter’s Pub, the Crafts Center, the Grove Gallery,
the UC San Diego Bike Shop, the student run radio and television
stations, and the Guardian.

Triton Cash
Triton Cash is a free debit account, which allows students to make
small and large purchases easily and quickly at over 40 locations on
AND off-campus. It works like a check card, and information is linked
to the magnetic strip of your student ID with no monthly charges
or minimum balance requirements. Activate a Triton Cash Account
online at: http://hdh.ucsd.edu/tritoncash. The account is active
within 24 hours of receipt of the application. Deposits can be made
by credit card, cash, check, in person, by phone, fax, or online using
a credit card.

Students can join the Alumni Association and make
connections to a community of over 100,000 alumni.
Members receive unique event invitations as well as campus and
community discounts.

University Events Office (UEO)
The University Events Office is a multifaceted professional arts and
events organization with an outstanding reputation for bringing
nationally and internationally recognized artists to the campus

Student Government, Associated Students (AS)
Undergraduate students are members of the Associated Students
at UC San Diego. The Associated Students Council, comprising
appointed and elected positions, shares the privilege and
responsibility of governance of the University with the campus
administration and the Academic Senate. Elections are held annually
each Spring quarter. The members of the AS Council exist to
serve and represent students. Each quarter, every undergraduate
student pays an activity fee that supports campus-wide and college
programs, student organization events, and campus media.
