This was anexcellent opportunity to promote our association to the wider public and to encourage themto choose a ‘Master Builder’.Organisers were delighted with the result andhave confirmed they will be back at the DerwentEntertainment Centre in November 2011 with anadditional event planned in August at the Silverdomein Launceston.Cunic Constructions took advantage of the invitationto partner Master Builders Tasmania and their amazingeffort contributed to the success of the venture.Bill Wedd from Cunic Constructions had this to say,“From a company perspective I thought it was anexcellent opportunity to support Master BuildersTasmania, showcase some of our products to thepublic, (with a great response) and have plenty ofleads to follow up. We look forward to next year’shome expo, and will certainly be involved in someform to promote MBT and our business”.Cunic also involved a carpenter and 1st, 2nd and 3rdyear apprentices over the weekend to participatein hands on displays for the public to be involvedin. Teams constructed a deck, framed and sheeteda wall, installed a door and doorframe, hinges, lock,architraves and skirtings.The public response was very good with plenty ofquestions for the boys, who enjoyed the interaction.10 | master builders tasmania
