The ThunderMax NitrousAssisted Dry System (in short: N.A.D.S.) for fuel injected Harley-Davidsons. N.A.D.S. is a complete bolt-on "dry" system that requiresno secondary fuel source for a clean, simple installation. Nitrousdistribution is ingeniously handled thru ThunderMax software foraccurate control and distribution of fuel,nitrous and spark timing retardat the specific time you want the system to spray. No bulky fuel pumps,fuel lines or sandwich plates required. The additional fuel the nitrousrequires is introduced through the existing fuel injectors. N.A.D.S. kitsinclude a specially designed air cleaner backing plate equipped withan arming switch, nitrous solenoid, injector nozzle and high-flow airfilter. Installation is simple, requiring installation of the air cleaner backplate assembly and bottle kit with mounts designed to fit your bike.Wiring the system is as simple as plugging two wires from the suppliedharness into open ports in the ECM plug,and plugging the harness intothe data port plug. After that, link to your ThunderMax Fuel InjectionTuner and program your system settings and limits. Fill the bottle, turnon the arming switch and hang on tight.Adjustments to your minimumrpm and vehicle speed nitrous activation points, along with fuelenrichment, ignition timing retard and nitrous delivery delay areconfigured within your ThunderMax ECM's SmartLink software.Thesemenus are designed to allow the user to easily set up safe limitationsfor your engine. Dual bore involves individual intake tracts for eachcylinder. To achieve maximum performance those dual bore throttlebodies/fuel rails are designed. Dual Bore Tuned Induction systems haveindependent tuned length intake runners. By utilizing air column inertiaand carefully timed gas dynamic pressure waves, these inductionsystems ram additional air into the cylinders. This so called "NaturalSupercharging" effect results in increased torque. Mainly midrangetorque improves, right where the street rider needs it most.
