New 1.1.76“Slot Allocation” means the scheduling of particular berths byallocating a berthing window (slot) in accordance with theCustomers planned export order sequence.1.1.87 1.1.88“Unproductive vessel” means a vessel which has had cargo workinginterrupted or delayed for a period in excess of four (4) hours forany reason whatsoever and which will then be calculated to exceedits Phase II plan by more than eight (8) hours.Clause 2: Pre-berthing Obligations of the CustomerOld Clause New Clause Clause contentNo. No.2.1.1 The nomination of bona fide vessels for which specific cargohas been fixed is a pre-requisite for effective port planningand any nominations established to be speculative will bevoid and of no force and effect.2.1.8 The documents necessary for the nomination of a vesselmust be submitted no more than twenty one (21) daysbefore the ETA and no less than fourteen (14) days beforeETA. The minimum nomination period is, therefore, fourteen(14) days.
