Clause 5: DELAYS TO VESSELS ON BERTHOld Clause New Clause Clause contentNo. No.5.7 Hatch separations (cocooning) and pay loading forexports5.7.1 5.7.1.1 In the case of separations and/or pay loading in holds notplanned in the Phase II, then for each hatch, charges willcommence immediately from the start of the delay.5.7.2 5.7.1.2 In the case of separations and/or pay loading planned andagreed at the Phase II, then for each hatch, stand-bycharges will commence after four (4) cumulative hours fromthe start of the planned delay.
