procedure: all teeth missingProsthetic Procedure – Teeth-in-an-Hour Mounting the Guided Abutments into the Bridge• Before the Guided Abutment NobelReplace RP areplaced, make sure the bridge is thoroughly disinfected.• Moisten the abutments by quickly dipping them in sterile,saline water.• The abutments are placed in the Procera ® Implant Bridge.Note! Following placement of the abutments be careful to avoidthe abutments from falling out.Delivery of Procera ® Implant Bridge• When the abutments have been placed in the bridge, thebridge is positioned onto the implants and screw-retainedusing the Screwdriver Unigrip .• After the bridge has been inserted, use the ScrewdriverUnigrip to tighten to first resistance and ask the patient tobite gently to balance the bite relationship.Tightening• For the final tightening, use the manual torque wrenchprosthetic and Screwdriver Unigrip machine. The abutmentscrews should be tightened to 35 Ncm.ALL• Verify the correct abutment connection with radiographicimaging.• If required, occlusal adjustments have to be performed.Temporarily seal the screw access holes.• Control occlusion and function after 1 month.Check screw tightening to 35 Ncm.Final sealing of screw access hole.30
