With ELEKTRA®<strong>FreezeTec</strong> your concerns over damage to water main pipes or valves whether inside or out are eliminated.The system is quick and easy to install, and the system does not need separate control.


Application®ELEKTRA <strong>FreezeTec</strong> is intended for <strong>protection</strong>of pipes and valves susceptible todamage caused by low temperatures. Thesystem may be used only when the followingconditions are met:Technical specifications:thermostat turn-on temperature: +3oC;turn-off temperature: +10oC;power output: 12 W/m;power supply: 230V, 50/60Hz.In dependence of the usage there aredifferent ways of installation heatingcable with integrated thermostat.along the pipeexternal diameter of pipe to be insulatedshould not exceed DN 50 mm;pipe insulation thickness should bebetween min. 10 mm and max. 20 mm;temperature of the protected pipeshould not exceed +65°C;min. ambient temperature - 25°C.Characteristics and advantages®ELEKTRA <strong>FreezeTec</strong> consists of a heatingcable with a built-in thermostat, and operatesautomatically, eliminating the need fora separate control system usually used withconventional heating cables.
