Port Waikato and ClarksBeach are considering joining in.The existing patrols are affiliated to Community Patrols NewZealand (CPNZ) which runs a training seminar every yearand provides a training programme in local areas. Patrollersact as extra eyes and ears for the Police during day and nightpatrols of potential trouble spots.
