The hardestpart is the night before – I am extremely nervous and havea “mental breakdown,” but in one way, that is kind of myfavourite bit because I come out of it motivated to kick butt.Would you encourage others to enter a beauty pageant?Yes, definitely. It’s a place where you learn how to walk, talk,stand up straight and talk about world peace (ha ha, justjoking.) Beauty pageants are a great way to build confidence,meet new people and possibly represent New Zealand in anoverseas pageant. They are full of opportunities.Which celebrity would you invite to a dinner party and why?Chef Ramsey off Hells Kitchen, He is awesome entertainmentthough a bit fierce, but there’s nothing wrong with that.What bothers you most about what is happening in yourcountry today?Living in South Auckland there is a fear of violence. This isone thing that bothers me because I don’t want to feel unsafein my own community. For example the hand bag snatch inManukau city. That incident was really shocking.What is your definition of success?Trying your hardest at something you want to achieve.
