A good chapter in lifeThe Alumni Association’s EOP (Educational Opportunity Program) Chapter sponsored a holidaygathering in December for students enrolled in the EOP Foster Youth Program. Chapter memberspresented students with gifts, including <strong>CSUSB</strong> sweatshirts <strong>and</strong> Starbucks gift cards, as well asschool <strong>and</strong> other supplies. James is a local restaurateur<strong>and</strong> a member of the SanBernardino Community CollegeBoard of Trustees, where he currentlyserves as its vice president.In November, he was appointedby Gov. Schwarzenegger to thestate’s Native American HeritageCommission, which helps protect <strong>and</strong> preserve American Indiancultural resources.
