Expert Evident - Traffic<br />
These surveys, conducted over a 36 hour period from 6:00am Friday 19 November 2010 to Midnight<br />
Saturday 20 November 2010 indicate that visitor parking demand varies throughout the day with peak<br />
parking demands occurring during the evening and on weekends.<br />
The recorded peak weekday visitor parking demand at Beacon Cove which have lesser public<br />
transport connections in comparison with the subject site, have shown up to 0.10 spaces per dwelling<br />
occur during the weekends or in the evening. Lower demands <strong>of</strong> around 0.06 spaces per dwelling<br />
occur during business hours.<br />
Application <strong>of</strong> the upper rate to the proposed 91 dwellings results in a projected peak visitor demand<br />
for 9 spaces.<br />
The visitor parking demand pr<strong>of</strong>ile for a Friday and Saturday are shown in Figure 10 and Figure 11<br />
respectively and includes visitor parking both on-site and along Beach Street.<br />
