This removes therestriction currently imposed on Urgent Pharmacies tocharge an additional 50 cents. All pharmacies are free todetermine their own level of after hours’ fees as persubclause (a) (v).H4.7 Amended Provision of Information toEligible Persons clause.H4.8 Amended Receipts for Pharmaceuticalsclause.Subclause (a) (v) has been amended. Ordinary businesshours are now 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.All pharmacies are permitted to charge an after hours’fee for items collected outside of these times. In addition,if you can demonstrate that these times are not correct foryour location you can agree to different times with yourDHB.Subclause (b) has been inserted. The intention of thissubclause is to prevent blanket charging.
