For <strong>members</strong> unfamiliar with previous PSAs “Section Three:PSA <strong>2010</strong> user guide”, may provide a better starting place <strong>for</strong> understanding the structure and requirements of the PSA.Clause Change CommentContents Schedule C2 (Protocols) inserted. See comments on Schedule C2 below.Part ANo change.Part B B2.1 Commencement date of new PSA1 March <strong>2010</strong>.B2.2 Termination date of new PSA31 August 2011.The new PSA starts immediately following the expiry ofthe old PSA.The new PSA runs <strong>for</strong> 18 months. DHBs have signalled thatsome DHBs may be able to switch to a new fundingcontract be<strong>for</strong>e the completion of 18 months.Part C C2.1 More detail added. This change reflects the inclusion of more services inthe PSA. These services were previously contracted asvariations to the PSA. Now, each of these services is listedin the PSA, even if you do not do them. Part P lists whichof these services you are able to deliver and be paid <strong>for</strong>.If the service is not expressly listed in Part P as a serviceyou are contracted to provide, you cannot claim paymentunder this contract.Part C C2.2 Updated reference to another clausethat has had a numbering change.C4.1 No change.
