04/08/2007Harvey C. Barbour, age 93, of Reedy Creek Road, Four Oaks, died April 6, 2007 at JohnstonMemorial Hospital. Mr. Barbour was born in Johnston County on November 13, 1913 to thelate Calvin and Nancy Barbour. He was a retired farmer who will be remembered for hisgentle kindness, reliability, honesty and being a good provider for his family. His funeral willbe held Monday 2:00 p.m. at St. Marys OFWB Church. Burial will follow at the Hills of theNeuse Memory Gardens.He is survived by: daughter, Linda B. Aneretsky and husband, Art of Four Oaks; sons, RandyW. Barbour and wife, Lisa of Garner, David M. Barbour of Four Oaks; grandchildren,Christopher Watson and wife, Thanh, Spencer A. Barbour, and Kelsey E. Barbour; stepgrandchildren,Laura Aneretsky and Doug Aneretsky. He was preceded in death by wife, InaDixon Barbour and son, Joe C. Barbour.The family will receive friends Sunday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Minshew Funeral Home andother times the home of Art and Linda Aneretsky, 620 Reedy Creek Road, Four Oaks.
