Mr. McGee was an Air Force veteran ofthe Korean War and was retired from Sears, Roebuck & Co. with 22 years of service. He alsohad been employed by Erwin Mills, Meadow Gold Dairy and Liggett & Myers. He was aPrimitive Baptist.The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Hudson Funeral Home chapel by ElderHenry Byrd, the Rev. Fred Rivenbark, the Rev. Bill Watkins and the Rev. H.L. Mickle. Burialwill be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.Mr. McGee is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gaynelle Beasley McGee; a son, Mr. Richard GuyMcGee of Durham; his mother, Mrs. Eva McGee of Fuquay-Varina; two brothers, Mr. FloydG. McGee of Garner and Mr. Danford Layton McGee of North Olmstead, Ohio; two sisters,Mrs. Doris M. Cook and Mrs. Faye M. Massengill, both of Benson; and two grandchildren.The family will receive visiotrs from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the Hudson Funeral Home andat other times at the home.
