During the inaugural ceremony,Sh. I.D. Dhiman, Education Minister,Sh. Rajender Singh IAS, DeputyCommissioner, Hamirpur and othersenior officers were present.The Tehsil Computer Centreprovides a number of services throughNIC developed software. Thesesoftware were made operational by theNIC District officers in a very shorttime. The following software havebeen implemented:HimBhoomi, Integrated HimRIS ,HimBhoomi-LMK Nakal Interface,LokPraman Patra, RCMS, GenPMISand eSamadhanThe Deputy Commissioner,Hamirpur presented the BonafideHimachali Certificate and NakalJamabandi to Prof. Dhumal on theoccasion. The Chief Minister assuredthe general public about theavailability of various services at theirdoorsteps. Thesystem of application submission forobtaining certified 15-Point RoRstatement and initiation of mutationhas been made online in Raipurdistrict. The Revenue Commissionerof Raipur Division Dr. B.L.Tiwariinaugurated this ambitious service on11th July <strong>2012</strong>. The web enabledapplication has been developed atNIC District Centre, Raipur by a teamheaded by Mr. Pradeep KumarMishra, DIO. With the beginning ofthis system, now the people need notMr. Pradeep Kumar Mishra, DIO demonstrating the system after inauguration.To his left areDr. Rohit Yadav, Collector and Dr. B.L.Tiwari, Commissionerrun around Patwari for days in orderto get the certified document necessaryfor registration. One has to obtain anapplication form, from the singlewindow set up for this purpose in thecollector office and deposit the filledinform at the same counter. Thedetails are then fed immediately onlineby the clerk and a receipt will be givento the applicant mentioning the datefor obtaining the certificate. Under thisarrangement, online submission ofapplications has been mademandatory and Patwaris have beeninstructed against acceptingapplications directly. To begin with,this facility has been started on pilotbasis in Raipur Tehsil. In few monthsto come, remaining Tehsils of thedistrict will also be covered.
