Sealed Percentage Rate tenders are invited on behalf of the President of India fromapproved and eligible contractors of C.P.W.D for the work of A/A to MAMC (NR), NewDelhi dg. 2008-09. (SH : Provision of two modular partitions & Misc. work for theoffice of D.S.H.M).2. Tender forms will be issued to the manufactures only if, they produce definite proof to thesatisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge from the appropriate authorities of havingsatisfactorily completed two similar works cost Rs. 1.14 lacs each or one similar workcosting at least Rs. 1.52 lacs, in the last seven years ending the last month. Similar worksmeans works of providing, placing and fabrication factory made pre-laminated particleboard office furniture.2.1 The Contractor should be registered under Delhi Value Added Tax (DVAT) Act 2004 andmust produce alongwith the application the attested copy of such registration andacknowledgement of upto date filed returns submitted to the Deptt. of trade & taxes Delhi.2.2 The work is estimated to Cost Rs. 1,90,622/- this estimate, however, is given merely as arough guide.3. Agreement shall be drawn with the successful tenderer on prescribed Form No CPWD-7,which is available as a Govt. of India Publication. Tenderer shall quote his rates as pervarious terms and conditions of the said form, which will form part of the agreement.4. The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 15 Days from the 7 th day after the dateof written orders to commence the work or from the first day of handing over of the site,whichever is earlier, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the tenderdocuments.5. The site for the work is available.6. Receipt of applications for issue of forms will be stopped by 4:00 PM on 25-09-2009. Issueof tender forms will be stopped by 4:00 PM on 29-09-2009.Tenders documents consisting of plans, specifications, the schedule of quantities ofthe various classes of work to be done and the set of terms and conditions of contract to becomplied with by the contractor whose tender may be accepted and other necessarydocuments can be seen in the office of the Assistant Engineer Civil BuildingMaintenance Sub-Divn. No. M-1314, New Delhi between hours of 11.00 A.M. & 4.00P.M. from 18-09-2009 to 25-09-2009 every day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.Tender documents, excluding standard form, will be issued form his office, during the hoursspecified above, on payment of the following.i) Rs. 500/- in cash as cost of tender andii) Earnest Money Rs. 3,812/- in cash (upto Rs. 10000/-) Receipt TreasuryChallan/Deposit at Call receipt of a scheduled bank/fixed deposit receipt of ascheduled bank/demand draft of a scheduled bank issued in favour of AssistantEngineer, CBM Sub-Divin.
