Name of Work- MOEI and Fans at ISBT, Anand Vihar.SH- Annual Maintenace Contract of CCTV System.TERMS AND CONDITIONS-1. The contractor must get acquainted with the site and installations for the work and study thespecifications and conditions carefully before tendering. The Installations shall be handed over to thedepartment in good working conditions after completion of the work.2. The system shall be maintained round the clock.3. Any fault occurred in the system shall have to be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-chargeand fault to be repaired within 24 hours4. The complaint shall be attended immediately,either same day or next day after receiving the messagefrom the Deptt. otherwise a penalty upto amount of Rs.1000/- will be imposed on pro-rata basis oneach occasion.5. Quarterly preventive maintenance shall be done by the qualified technician and report shall besubmitted to the department.6. The contract shall cover all minor/major repairs i/c replacement of burnt/damage parts except CCDchips, CRTS,LENS and cable.7. If CCD chip, CRTS , LENS, or cable is required to be replaced, the payment shall be made extra bythe department.8. The spare parts shall be of same make as existing installations.9. The existing CCTV system is of CBC make.10. Incase of any accident during maintenance work/operation of equipments leading to Injuries/ damageto human being, equipments, loss of life, the contractor shall be fully responsible for setting of allclaims. The department shall not bear any claim arising out of such accidents.11. No. T & P shall be issued to the contractor by the Deptt. for maintenance work.12. Watch and ward of the installations shall be responsibility of the contractor till it will be handed over tothe Deptt. in good working conditions.13. The Deptt. reserves the right to terminate the contract at anytime without giving any notice.14. The payment to the contractor shall be made monthly/quarterly or at other suitable intervalas desired by the contractor but not less than one calendar month.15. The job will be assigned for a period of 12 months. The period can be extended or reduced.
